Feelin’ Dirty?

Today, we were inspired by the classic Patrick Swayze movie, Dirty Dancing. Whether you’re in it for the sex appeal, to have fun, to have a better cardio workout (Dancing can burn anywhere from 500 to well over 1000 calories depending on how hard you go,) or a combination of the three, dancing is a great way to get moving.
